What we sell
We design and manufacture custom-cut address numbers and letters from commercial-grade composite signage material. Each order is made to your specifications — font, size, finish, and characters are chosen by you.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
Prices may change without notice, but any order you've placed will be honored at the price shown at checkout
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors in pricing, product information, or suspected fraud
Volume discounts are available for bulk and commercial orders — see our FAQ or contact us for details
Custom products
Because every order is custom-made to your specifications:
All sales are final — we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders
Please double-check your address number, font, size, and finish before completing your order
If we make an error on your order (wrong font, wrong characters, etc.), we will replace it at no cost
If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@numbermyhouse.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement.
Shipping
We ship across North America (Canada and the United States)
Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD
Shipping times vary by location — typically 5–10 business days within Canada, 7–14 business days to the US
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers
Full payment is required at the time of purchase
Product accuracy
We do our best to display accurate colors and finishes on our website, but screen settings vary — the actual product may differ slightly from what you see on screen
Use our product previewer to see an approximation of your order before purchasing
Fonts are intentionally designed for optical balance — individual characters within the same size may vary slightly in height (see our FAQ for details)
Installation
Our numbers come with industrial-strength 3M VHB adhesive tape for peel-and-stick installation
Standoff mounting kits are available as an option
We provide installation guidance on our website, but we are not responsible for installation outcomes
If you use alternative adhesives or mounting methods, any resulting damage is your responsibility
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, designs, and code — is owned by Number My House and protected by Canadian copyright law
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
The fonts used in our products are licensed for use in our manufacturing process
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for damage to your property during self-installation
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
